1. Purpose and Basic Principles
Asia Cover Figure (ACF) is a premium business figure media platform based in Hong Kong with pan-Asian coverage. Our selection follows these principles:
(1) Independence: The Editorial Board exercises review authority independently, free from commercial or external interference.
(2) Fairness: Core metrics include nominees' genuine industry influence, innovation contributions, and social responsibility, ensuring objective and traceable results.
(3) Professionalism: Comprehensive evaluation with professional perspective and rigorous procedures.
The selection system references HKIBR standards and is regularly updated.
2. Scope and Categories
ACF has five categories for selecting and documenting Asian business leaders:
(1) Cover Figure · Vision — Top leaders shaping Asia's business landscape.
(2) Emerging Leaders — Rising forces leading industry transformation.
(3) Women of Influence — Female leaders demonstrating exceptional influence in business.
(4) Fujian Entrepreneurs — Fujian entrepreneurs carrying forward the merchant spirit globally.
(5) Business Resilience — Entrepreneurs showing extraordinary courage and wisdom through adversity.
3. General Selection Criteria
All category nominees must simultaneously meet these five criteria:
(1) Identity: Founder, co-founder, or C-suite executive.
(2) Company scale: Annual revenue ≥ RMB 50 million.
(3) Experience: 5+ years in the industry.
(4) Compliance: No major violations by the company or individual.
(5) Contribution: Significant public influence in the industry.

5. Nomination Materials
Nominees must submit the following materials for Editorial Board review:
(1) Personal information
(2) Company information
(3) Achievement summary (≤500 words)
(4) Industry influence supporting documents
(5) Recent high-resolution portrait
(6) Nomination rationale
6. Selection Process
ACF selection review has five stages, approximately 45 business days:
Stage 1: Nomination material submission
Stage 2: Qualification review (7 business days)
Stage 3: Editorial Board review (20 business days)
Stage 4: Final approval (10 business days)
Stage 5: Publication arrangement (8 business days)
7. Public Notice and Objection Handling
Nominees passing final review will be publicly announced on ACF official platforms for 7 days. Objections should be submitted to [email protected]. 8. Cover Archive
Selected individuals who pass final review and complete publication are accessioned into the Cover Archive and assigned a lifelong ACF Code. Their cover, company, title and publication records are registered and kept in perpetuity, and an Accession Record may be issued. The Cover Archive is solely a record and witness of industry contribution and does not constitute any form of commercial guarantee or investment advice.
