This Charter is the official normative document published by the Asia Cover Figure Editorial Committee, systematically defining, constraining, and interpreting the establishment purpose, allocation criteria, and domain-wide management standards of the ACF archival coding system.

General Principles总则

Article 1

Asia Cover Figure (ACF) is a premium business figure media platform rooted in Asia with a global perspective. Upholding the core philosophy of "Influencing Those Who Influence," it preserves the commercial trajectory of the era from an independent, objective, and documentary perspective, building a carrier of business thought with global communication value. The ACF Coding System is the platform's core proprietary asset, dedicated to the standardized and permanent management of all accessioned figure records.

Article 2

The ACF Code is the lifelong, unique archival identification issued by the platform to officially accessioned figures. Only after passing the Editorial Committee's review and selection, and completing official archival registration, may a figure be granted an exclusive code. The corresponding figure imagery, in-depth narrative, and business profile are simultaneously incorporated into the permanent digital collection, forming a long-term business figure historical record that is publicly verifiable and machine-structurally readable.

Article 3

The ACF Coding System contains two formal archival tracks with clear hierarchy, distinct positioning, and unified architecture: The main publication "Cover Figure · Visionary Leaders": For industry benchmark, ten-billion-level business leaders with industry-reshaping power, the archival content form is in-depth Cover Biography. Thematic columns: For quality business figures with representativeness and growth potential across various fields, the archival content form is likewise Cover Biography, presented through standardized editorial production.

Article 4

This Charter applies to all standard processes of the two ACF archival sequences, including code generation, seat reservation, page archival, database storage, official publication, and cross-domain external citation.

Article 5

ACF codes adopt the platform's unified, permanently fixed standard architecture: ACF‑SS‑XXXXX

Field definitions: • ACF: Fixed institutional identifier, exclusive prefix for Asia Cover Figure; • SS: Two-digit archival sequence identifier, the main publication Cover Figure · Visionary Leaders fixed at 00, the thematic columns fixed at 01; • XXXXX: Five-digit independent serial number within the sequence, value range permanently 00001–99999.

Article 6

The complete ACF Code serves as the lifelong archival identity credential for accessioned figures, directly identifying the figure's archival sequence and collection order, with unique traceability.

Visionary Leaders格局篇

Article 7

"Cover Figure · Visionary Leaders" is ACF's highest-grade flagship archival sequence and the platform's main publication. It is exclusively for top, ten-billion-level business leaders with industry-leading positions and industry-reshaping capabilities, identified through the Editorial Committee's editorial research — no open application channel is provided, no proactive claiming. The archival form is in-depth documentary cover biography, systematically presenting the figure's strategic vision, industrial path, and long-term business philosophy.

Article 8

The main publication Cover Figure · Visionary Leaders uses the unified code format: ACF‑00‑XXXXX. The sequence serial number increments continuously across years, permanently without reset, rotation, or zeroing.

Article 9

The main publication Cover Figure · Visionary Leaders collection numbering formally begins at 00101, allocated to truly accessioned leaders; 00001 through 00100 are reserved as fixed Seats of Tribute.

Thematic Columns系列专栏

Article 10

The thematic columns are ACF's core mainstream archival track, comprising official columns including New Business Leaders, Fujian Entrepreneurs, Women of Influence, and Disruptors, open to recommendation and self-nomination. After materials are submitted, the Editorial Committee first conducts a preliminary evaluation; those who pass are placed on the annual research shortlist and brought into the Committee's editorial review. Only after passing the editorial review is a figure formally archived, with a code allocated in order of official accession. The code level is determined by the figure's actual column and is not automatically upgraded. The archival form is standardized, structured cover biography, systematically recording the figure's business career, key decisions, entrepreneurial trajectory, and industry value imprint.

Article 11

Thematic columns use the unified code format: ACF‑01‑XXXXX. The sequence serial number increments continuously across years, permanently without reset, rotation, or zeroing. 00001 through 00100 are reserved as fixed Seats of Tribute.

Arrangement Rules编排规则

Article 12

The two archival tracks, the main publication Cover Figure · Visionary Leaders and the thematic columns, each independently reserve the 00001–00100 hundred-seat number range, uniformly established as Seats of Tribute. All tribute seat numbers are permanently unallocated and do not belong to any individual accession record.

Article 13

The formal codes of truly accessioned figures uniformly begin at 00101 in each sequence. Tribute seat numbers and real figure collection numbers are completely isolated and non-interfering, forming a dignified, regular, and orderly collection echelon system. Note: The internal detailed numbering rules in the code allocation process are managed under the "ACF Code Operations Internal Guidelines," not publicly disclosed, and not included in this Charter's scope of publication.

Article 14

Core specification comparison of the two archival sequences: • The main publication Cover Figure · Visionary Leaders: Code prefix ACF‑00, archival form is in-depth Cover Biography, positioned as the flagship main publication, serial number permanently incrementing, with exclusive hundred-seat tribute number range; • Thematic columns: Code prefix ACF‑01, archival form is Cover Biography (standardized editorial production), belonging to the thematic column system, serial number permanently incrementing, with exclusive hundred-seat tribute number range.

Seats of Tribute致敬席

Article 15

Seats of Tribute are public-interest, commemorative, and ritualized collection seats established by the ACF Coding System. They are the humanistic supplement to the platform's business civilization recording system, independently set, independently numbered, and independently preserved across the two archival sequences.

Article 16

The main publication's tribute seats serve as founding commemorative seats, carrying the platform's original archival intention; the thematic columns' tribute seats implement an annual thematic commemoration mechanism, continuously honoring the pioneer groups who have deeply cultivated the era, contributed to society, and driven industry development.

Article 17

Asia Cover Figure records the era with long-termism, building a business figure collection system with a centennial dimension. The establishment of tribute seats aims to preserve respect, complete the era narrative, and permanently retain those era contributors who have not been focused on or widely disseminated within the ACF business civilization recording system.

Code Management编码管理

Article 18

Implementing the "one person, one code; one code, one lifetime" archival principle. Once a code is officially published and allocated, it is permanently valid — never recalled, never reused, never changed, unaffected by column adjustments, annual iterations, or institutional operational updates.

Article 19

For figures accessioned through the thematic columns who, upon the Editorial Committee's final review, meet qualification and achievement standards and enter the main publication Cover Figure · Visionary Leaders archival sequence, the original thematic-column code is permanently frozen and will not be reused; the original archive page is set with permanent redirection, old and new codes are archived simultaneously, the trajectory is fully traceable, and the elevation record is officially verifiable.

Article 20

All officially published codes and archive records are permanently preserved. If the architecture needs to be reorganized due to system iteration optimization, old codes are not deleted or invalidated, and are automatically permanently linked to the new archive chain, ensuring collection continuity.

Article 21

The ACF archival system upholds the principle of documentary neutrality. Codes and archives only represent the platform's official accession and collection facts, without hierarchical ranking, qualification scoring, or constituting commercial endorsement and credit guarantee.

Supplementary Provisions附则

Article 22

This Charter is interpreted by the Asia Cover Figure Editorial Committee. Revisions require a resolution of the Committee and are republished; each new edition replaces the previous one from its publication date.

Article 23

This Charter takes effect with its first edition in August 2026. All previously allocated codes fully adapt to this Charter's specifications, with smooth continuation and valid persistence.
