ACF may collect the following categories of personal data:

(2) Contact information (email, phone, address)
(3) Professional information (company, position, industry)

(5) Public information related to journalism
We only collect personal data necessary for specific purposes, adhering to the minimum necessity principle.

Per Article 13(5) of PIPL, processing personal information within reasonable scope for public interest news reporting and supervision does not require individual consent.

ACF will not transfer personal data to third parties unless: (1) explicit consent is obtained; (2) necessary to fulfill legal obligations; (3) transferred to service providers (e.g., IT or email service providers) bound by confidentiality obligations and limited to service provision purposes.

Personal data is stored on secure servers. We employ encryption, access control, security audits, and other technical and organizational measures to protect data security. Data is retained for the shortest period necessary to achieve collection purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
