Therefore, while other freshmen are still getting familiar with the campus, joining clubs, enjoying their hard-earned spare time, and immersing themselves in the freshness and freedom of university, Jiang Zhenghao has already made a clear plan for his goal - to enter the front line of the industry and accumulate the most real experience from practice. This is the most direct and effective way to get close to the core technology of drones. He took the initiative to look for a local drone company, and successfully became an intern with his sincerity and understanding of drones. This seemingly ordinary internship became his first official entry into the drone industry.
After working as an intern to sharpen my skills, I transformed from a handyman into a technical backbone in half a year.
When Jiang Zhenghao first joined the drone company, he started with the most basic and trivial chores: sweeping the floor and tidying up the office area, transporting and debugging equipment, organizing technical PPTs, and archiving industry information and test data. To others, he did these tasks that were hard, tiring, and without technical content, but he did them extremely seriously and meticulously. In his eyes, these seemingly inconspicuous things are the only way to integrate into the industry, become familiar with the team, and understand the daily operations of drones. In order to master drone-related technologies faster, Jiang Zhenghao became the "hardest newcomer" in the team: during the day, he stayed by the engineer's side every step of the way, taking every opportunity to ask professional questions, from the basic principles of flight control algorithms, to the dismantling of the core structure of drone equipment, to the practical skills and troubleshooting of on-site debugging. He carefully wrote down everything in his notebook and pondered over it whenever he had free time. When he returned to the dormitory at night, he completely gave up entertainment and devoted himself to the study of professional knowledge. He read professional books on flight control algorithms, studied the design logic of the core equipment of drones, and repeatedly practiced and debugged online tutorials and open source code, often studying until early in the morning. When he encounters a technical problem that he doesn't understand, he posts on professional forums for help. He uses the guidance of engineers to dismantle the problem bit by bit and overcome it step by step, never letting go of any blind spot in knowledge.
This extraordinary tenacity and research spirit allowed Jiang Zhenghao to rapidly improve his technical capabilities. In just half a year, he successfully transformed from an intern who could only do odd jobs to a technical backbone who can take charge of his own role in the team. After becoming a technical backbone, Jiang Zhenghao is not satisfied with his immediate achievements. He knows that if he wants to go further and more steadily in the industry, he must not only master core technologies proficiently, but also understand the overall development trend of the industry and identify the real technology and application pain points of the industry. Therefore, he shamelessly applied to his boss, hoping to follow the team to participate in various industry seminars and technical exchange meetings, and squeeze into the industry geek circle that was not his own. In these professional exchanges, he always maintained a humble learning attitude, listened carefully to the sharing of industry seniors, and actively exchanged technical insights and practical experience with his peers. While accumulating industry experience, he broadened his technical horizons, and gradually gained a clear and comprehensive understanding of the overall development pattern, technology application pain points, and market development opportunities of the UAV industry.
In his sophomore year, 19-year-old Jiang Zhenghao, with a deep understanding of the industry and a passion for daring to venture out and try things out, gathered a group of like-minded classmates who pooled their money to establish WTP Drone Studio. At that time, they had no ready-made mature technical solutions, no professional experimental and debugging sites, or even sufficient financial support. They used school laboratories and open spaces in the countryside as temporary debugging sites. They braved the scorching sun and wind and rain to repeatedly conduct drone flight tests and parameter optimization. They found problems, refined parameters, and optimized technical solutions from repeated flight failures. Even if they encountered technical bottlenecks that were difficult to break through, even if they were questioned and disapproved by others, they never stopped exploring.
Hard work pays off. With solid technical capabilities, professional technical services and reliable implementation results, WTP Drone Studio successfully achieved a million-dollar revenue just one year after its establishment. This achievement not only made all the team's efforts tangible returns, but also proved to the outside world the core strength of this group of young entrepreneurs, and also strengthened Jiang Zhenghao's determination to delve into the drone track to the end.
Seize gaps in technology and develop countermeasure systems to fill industry gaps

In the early days of the business, seven or eight waves of customers came to discuss cooperation every day. From technology docking, solution design to on-site implementation, Jiang Zhenghao led the team to follow up the entire process and provide attentive service.
